Camp Friday night if you want to, or just show up at the put in Saturday morning. Your tent will be where your car is. Friday afternoon float is optional, heck, some years I miss the river all together, and just show up for the Saturday evening events.

really the only question i have is how exactly does the canoeing and camping work. Do you set up your camp friday night then drive to the put in saturday and canoe back to your camp - then canoe off sunday. or do you canoe with all your camping gear or what. i have never been on the water up there so i am not sure how its all tied together? thanks
