- About Me:
- I recently graduated with a degree in Sociology with a passion for sustainability. Currently I am the Green Initiative Coordinator for a private company in Fort Wayne. I am also working within the City of Fort Wayne in the Energy and Environmental Services office.
I can trace back my green roots to the 1970s energy and oil crisis. My father was forever yelling at me to turn off the lights. Unfortunately, I love bright rooms ~ I was yelled at a lot. However now, I can do so feeling a lot better with CFLs!
I am interested in photography and writing. I have two lovely felines, Toby & Tulio. We are apartment dwellers in a very non-sustainable complex.

There are many groups you can join on www.AGreenerIndiana.com. Besides the resource based environmental arenas of: Land, Water, Air, Energy, Policy, and Advocacy there are many ways to go green. Sustainability requires a mutual economic, social-political, and environmental equilibrium and is interconnected to many arenas within the multi-facets of society. If there isn’t a group representing your arena or organization, CREATE ONE! Together we rise…Please share your experience among the members and Invite your neighbors. There are many features this site offers and more soon to come. Chat around, friend up like minded individuals, and post in groups, forums, and discussions.
