Profile Information

About Me:
I recently graduated with a degree in Sociology with a passion for sustainability. Currently I am the Green Initiative Coordinator for a private company in Fort Wayne. I am also working within the City of Fort Wayne in the Energy and Environmental Services office.

I can trace back my green roots to the 1970s energy and oil crisis. My father was forever yelling at me to turn off the lights. Unfortunately, I love bright rooms ~ I was yelled at a lot. However now, I can do so feeling a lot better with CFLs!

I am interested in photography and writing. I have two lovely felines, Toby & Tulio. We are apartment dwellers in a very non-sustainable complex.

For the last two years, I have attended the Chicago Green Festival put on by Green America and Global Exchange. The 2008 event I was in awe at numbe… Continue
