How do we make people aware, to make them care? These issues that are so glaringly clear to us are not to a great many people.

I think that we have a good start the education is out there in the media, schools, and those of us who drop subtle hints to our friends and family. I recall helping my neighbor’s child with some research on recycling for a school report; she in tur…

Children are born innately selfish. Our human nature is to LIVE and compete for resources. The larger bird, kitten, puppy, cub etc. is usually the one who lives when resources are short. It is our JOB as parents to help children to understand that o…

I am a parent, rather than a professional educator, but believe we parents must reinforce the ideas being communicated in the classroom. Parents think it is some sort of funny joke that their children are their green police. It is actually a sad jok…

Hi Dan. I joined this site without even knowing you were on here! I'm hoping some of the folks in the environmental education group can help me reach out to high schools for ACE's visit to IN (www.acespace.org)!

That would be great - I'm not sure the documentary would be done - but hopefully we will at least have some trailers - and some information - I'm really hoping to focus on getting people to act with this - blow some steam up their politicians *sses so that we can get some regulations and change happening. And as per music - I am always willing to sing - or jump in front of a crowd and get on my soap box :-) I'm working with a new band right now - we'll record soon and I'll send you some stuff - see if it would work for your celebration. Great to meet you - Maybe we can have coffee sometime when I'm in Knox Cheers Much Love JONES

Thanks for reaching out - the documentary that I am making is focused on the Wabash river - right around Sullivan/Knox county - so maybe we can exchange information. Cheers Much Love JONES

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your interest in the waterless urinals. Please be advised that all waterless urinals are not created equal. We have information on our sites as to the technology behind our waterless urinals. If you could introduce me to your facilities manager maybe we can get a free test run on one or two of our units without obligation. I've already made it happen for Taylor and Indiana Wesleyan Universities. All contact information is on my A Greener Idiana site page.

Great job Daniel! Earth & Environmental Science were my favorite classes in college. Enviro. Science is the one that opened my eyes to Earth. We all need to live in harmony with her or suffer the consequences of having Mother shrug us off! Thank you for teaching our future pioneers of saving our environment. Did you see today came out, the glacier shelf broke off for over 5,100 miles. in Antartica! WOW - "7X the size of Manhatten".

What do have going green so far? How about food gardens. All campus Kitchen waste composting can be used on the gardens. I am into converting more campus land into habitats. More vegatative roofs and green walls can be installed also.

I have been running an alternative energy myspace site for about 7 yrs now.
I came across this site when the owner added me as a friend. I am very excited about this site. For now most of my stuff is on myspace. I will be trying to move alot of the info. to this site over the next few days. I finally sprused up my page to look like something I would be running. So hopefully people like it when they visit. Hope to see ya on there and Have a great day.Spread the word out if you can.

Your friend,

This year I am teaching Integrated Chemistry and Physics (ICP), Physics, and three engineering classes. My specialty is biology yet I do not teach it this year. I also have other endorsements including math.

One son is a senior and the other a sophomore---this makes for a very hectic schedule---at least they both drive now!
