Ms. Browner is an 8 year veteran of the EPA and advocate for the Cap and Trade Emission Policy, which would "Set the Standard" for industry to rise to the occasion. Utilizing the example of the ozone hole senario as an example of American ingenuity.

She spoke briefly about Smart Meters as part of the Recovery and Re-investment act. Anyone know more about Smart Meters?
