Plymouth, where I live, has had a very successful farmers market for 3 years now. It's made our town a destination for many folks on Saturday a.m., and it gives us a chance to chat with local growers and vendors. Lots of great produce and organic, free-range meat! Unfortunately it will be done this coming Saturday, but we have a deli in downtown Plymouth called Opie's that uses locally grown food. And it shows, believe me--their food is awesome! I go there every Tuesday for lunch.

My cousin owns the bakery "Celebrations!" and they make everything from scratch. They recycle everything that they can, use no artificial anything, and they use organic whenever possible. If you want the best baked goods in Fort Wayne check them out!
